1. Return Conditions:

• Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the same packaging as received.
• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return Process:

a. Initial Contact:

• Please contact our customer service via lanepalikeramik@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return the product. Provide the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

b. Return Authorization:

• Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

c. Shipping the Product:

• Carefully package the product in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided along with the RMA.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our error (defective product, shipping error, etc.).

3. Inspection and Refund:

• Upon receiving the returned product, our inspection team will verify its condition.
• If the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
• Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

4. Defective or Damaged Products:

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the product at no additional cost to you.
